You don’t want to be
balancing a 75″ TV alone.
Anyone can buy a TV and a wall mount. The hard part is getting it level, properly anchored to studs (or to a brick fireplace, or to a log wall), with cables concealed cleanly, all the components connected and configured correctly, and a remote setup that actually works for the people using it.
We do this work all the time. We show up with the right tools, the right brackets, the right cables, and the experience to deal with whatever your wall is made of. Most installs take a couple of hours and look dramatically better than the do-it-yourself version.
For larger projects โ a full home theater build, multi-room audio, or a cabin AV system โ we’ll do an on-site assessment first, design the system, quote it flat rate, and then install it. No surprises. Want the cabin monitored and automated while you’re away too? See our smart cabin & home technology page.
Home Theater FAQ
Got a new TV, a basement to finish,
or a cabin to upgrade?
Tell us what you want to install and where. We’ll quote it flat rate and book a time to come do it properly.
How much does TV mounting cost in Fort Frances?
Basic TV wall mounting starts at $150 โ mount, level, cable concealment, and connecting your devices. Larger installs over a fireplace, with hidden in-wall cabling, or with custom AV equipment runs $300โ$800. We bring the right brackets and hardware for your wall type.
Can you hide the cables in the wall?
Yes. In-wall cable concealment is one of the most-requested upgrades โ clean look, no dangling cords. We run HDMI, power, and Ethernet through the wall properly, with code-compliant in-wall rated cabling and recessed power and HDMI plates.
Do you install projectors and projection screens?
Yes. We install ceiling-mounted projectors with motorized screens, drop-down screens, and fixed-frame screens. Projectors are still the right call for dedicated theater rooms and basements where you can control the light.
Can you set up surround sound or a soundbar?
Yes. From a simple soundbar (the right call for most living rooms) all the way up to 5.1, 7.1, and Dolby Atmos surround systems for dedicated theater rooms. We calibrate the audio properly after install so it actually sounds right.
Do you do AV setups at the cabin?
Yes. Lake-area cabins and lodges are a big part of what we do โ outdoor TVs, weatherproof speakers for the deck, AV systems for lodge common rooms, and integration with Starlink or other lodge internet. We come to you.
Can you integrate with my existing smart home or universal remote?
Yes. We integrate AV equipment with Apple Home, Google Home, Alexa, Harmony remotes (where still supported), and dedicated control systems like Sonos. One remote or one voice command controls the whole setup.
